illy Lovers South Africa is the South African loyalty program for illy coffee enjoyers that lets you earn points, called “heats” through purchases made on illy.co.za.
For every R1 spent on the illy.co.za website, you will earn 1 heart. Hearts are calculated based on the amount actually paid, net of any discounts, promotions and delivery costs. You must be logged into the corresponding account with the same email address to have the hearts be accredited to your account.
The illy Lovers South Africa loyalty program is only applicable to purchases made on the illy.co.za website. Purchases made on any other platform or from any other retailer are not eligible for earning hearts.

The lifetime value of all hearts will remain linked to your profile in our system, and we will automatically upgrade you to the next level - and you will receive an email notification to notify you once this has happened. The lifetime number of your hearts will not expire unless you opt out of the loyalty program. Should you wish to rejoin the loyalty program after opting out, your hearts will be rest and you will start with zero hearts.
