2. Sharing knowledge and providing training in high-quality, sustainable cultivation through the Università del Caffè and specialist agronomists.
3. Rewarding them for producing quality by paying them above-market rates, encouraging constant improvement and ensuring sustainable production.
4. Creating a community of illy producers on their dedicated platform, Circolo illy.
